The Customer Success Kickoff is an annual end-of-year event where Square celebrates the accomplishments of the Customer Success team in the year before and look ahead to the goals of the next year. I was tasked with creating a series of inspiring videos where team members share what they believe their purpose at Square is and what keeps them showing up for work every day. I owned the entire production process of this project for both video and audio.
